Verification and evidence
- Pipeline
- Five-stage verification using syntax, DNS/MX, SMTP/provider analysis, domain intelligence, and probabilistic scoring.
- Signals
- The product evaluates and/or returns more than 65 verification and metadata fields across the full pipeline. This is not a claim that 65 independent models run for every provider.
- Accuracy scope
- Internal testing reports up to 99.8% accuracy on SMTP-verifiable addresses. Internal/vendor-reported; not an independent benchmark. SMTP-verifiable addresses. Catch-all and provider-blocked mailboxes are probabilistic and may be returned as Risky or Unknown.
- Response time
- Response time varies by provider and verification path; cached and deterministic checks may be sub-second, while fresh SMTP and provider-specific checks may take several seconds.
- Bulk limits
- Up to 1,000,000 addresses per dashboard job and up to 2,000,000 rows per API CSV upload.

BounceZero Ltd is UK-registered and applies UK/EU GDPR safeguards. Infrastructure and subprocessors are described in the Privacy Policy and DPA; the service does not claim universal EU-only processing.
Evidence and correction policy
Claims must match production behavior or be explicitly labelled as internal/vendor-reported. Fixed third-party ratings are not copied into marketing pages because they change independently. If a fact here conflicts with another BounceZero page, this dated reference takes precedence and the conflicting page should be reported to [email protected].
